Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?
We offer three packages to choose from for your setup.  All packages are for a 24-hour rental. Colors are based on availability. We do our best to provide you with colors and accents of your choice! The cost of the yard card could increase based on the complexity of the design request and any length of time over the 24-hour rental. 

 

How far in advance can I make a reservation?
We ask that you make your reservation at least seven days in advance or we may not be able to guarantee availability, but we can certainly work with our clients to ensure the celebration happens!


Where do you deliver signs?
We serve Garner, Clayton, Raleigh, Knightdale, Rolesville, Wake Forest, and surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply for travel outside of our service area.

 

Can we use the sign for more than one day?
Yes! We are always willing to work with you to meet the needs of your special event or celebration. We do provide additional days for the setup at an additional cost.

 

Can I buy signs from you to keep?
We are a rental-only business. All signs will be picked up after the rental period. Purchasing is not available.

 

What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather can be unpredictable and may prevent us from setting up your display or delay setups. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. We will first attempt to reschedule; if that is not an option for you, you will be given a full refund.
