Rental Agreement and Reservation Confirmation:
Payment secures your date and serves as an agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. By renting from Studio 7 Yard Cards, you agree to release Studio 7 Yard Cards and all its representatives from any liability as a result of injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during your display rental.

Sign Rentals:
These signs are a rental only. Price includes delivery, curation, and pick-up of the display. Additional rental days may be possible based on inventory availability but will incur an additional fee. 

Damage/Theft:
We ask that our signs be treated with respect and care. We will return to pick up the rented signs, please do not remove any signs before we arrive at pick-up. Please do not move or adjust any signs or allow anyone to climb or play on the signs. To ensure your display looks the best, we highly suggest you mow and water your lawn before installing it. However, please do not weed-eat or mow the lawn AFTER installation (it damages the signs). There is a $20 replacement fee for each damaged or missing letter/accent piece. Please do not attach anything to the signs including string, streamers, or balloons.

How can YOU help?
Please water your lawn before our arrival if at all possible. This ensures that the stakes will be able to pierce the ground. If you have hard dirt, we will be unable to complete the setup. Recent rain will require you not to need to water the lawn. If the set-up is late evening, dusk, or at night porch lighting is always helpful. Please remain in your home/business during set-up. Inform us if gate access will be necessary.

Refunds and Cancellations:
A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to any order canceled within 24 hours of the installation date. You will be issued a full refund in the event of a severe weather warning (hurricane, lightning, tornado, etc.). In the event there are high winds, we may have to cancel your booking. Please understand that high winds will cause inventory loss, not to mention the danger of flying stakes. If this happens, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund. Please note, if you provide an incorrect address, you will still be charged. A refund will not be issued if we set up at the wrong location based on our incorrect information. If we are unable to access your yard due to access or stray animals, we will cancel your installation and a $25.00 travel/cancellation fee will be charged.
